Voici aujourd&rsquo;hui ma version revisit\u00e9e du Breizh Tiramisu, \u00e0 base de 2 produits bretons bien connus : <strong>le palet breton<\/strong> et <strong>le caramel au beurre sal\u00e9<\/strong> associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de mascarpone.\n\nUn petit conseil apr\u00e8s d\u00e9gustation, ces verrines sont ma foi assez nourrissantes : si vous \u00eates gourmand(e), utilisez des grosses verrines ou des verres, sinon pr\u00e9voyez des verrines de petite taille, \u00e0 vous de voir \ud83d\ude09 !\n<div style=\"clear: href=\"https:\/\/www.tempetedelouest.fr\/produit\/creme-caramel-beurre-sale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"name\">caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 Caramalo<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"ingredient\">Du <span class=\"name\">cacao en poudre<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">250 g<\/span> de <span class=\"name\">mascarpone<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">60 g<\/span> de <span class=\"name\">sucre en poudre<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">3<\/span> <span class=\"name\">oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">1 pinc\u00e9e<\/span> de <span class=\"name\">sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Etapes :<\/h2>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul class=\"instructions\">\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Cassez vos 3 oeufs de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 s\u00e9parer le blanc du jaune : mettez le blanc de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour plus tard.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">D\u00e9posez les jaunes dans un saladier avec le sucre et fouettez bien.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Ajoutez maintenant le mascarpone et remuez \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Rajoutez \u00e9galement une \u00e0 2 bonnes cuill\u00e8res de caramel au beurre sal\u00e9.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Occupez-vous maintenant des blancs : montez-les en neige avec une petite pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Quand ils sont bien fermes, vous pouvez les ajouter dans l&rsquo;autre saladier en m\u00e9langeant tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">R\u00e9duisez quelques palets bretons en miettes avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie ou m\u00eame \u00e0 la main et d\u00e9posez-les sur une assiette ou dans un saladier \u00e0 part.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Passez au dressage des verrines :\n<ol>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Tapissez le fond de chaque verrine de miettes de palets bretons<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re de caramel au beurre sal\u00e9<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re de la pr\u00e9paration mascarpone\/caramel<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Rajoutez \u00e0 nouveau des miettes de palets bretons<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Et ainsi de suite jusqu&rsquo;en haut de chaque verrine !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez les verrines au minimum 4 heures.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"instruction\">Au moment de servir, versez un petit
