Le principe est simple : on utilise les ingr\u00e9dients de base d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau, on mets tout \u00e7a dans une tasse et on fait cuire son g\u00e2teau au micro-ondes. En bref, c&rsquo;est un dessert instantan\u00e9 id\u00e9al quand on a peu de temps devant soi ou envie d&rsquo;une collation gourmande le plus vite possible et c&rsquo;est aussi un dessert individuel donc plus besoin de pr\u00e9parer un gros g\u00e2teau pour 6 \u00e0 10 personnes quand on est seul ou \u00e0 deux ! Autre avantage : moins de vaisselle, au pire une tasse et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 laver donc la feignantise n&rsquo;est plus excuse valable pour ne pas avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 de dessert \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Un petit exemple : le mug cake fondant au chocolat<\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Faites donc l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience avec le mug cake le plus simple et classique, vous verrez qu&rsquo;en plus il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients : ajoutez dans le mug 30 grammes de beurre et 10 carr\u00e9s de chocolat que vous ferez fondre 30 \u00e0 45 secondes. M\u00e9langez bien le tout pour que ce soit homog\u00e8ne puis versez 200 grammes de sucre, 20 grammes de farine puis 1 oeuf entier. M\u00e9langez bien et terminez la cuisson au micro-ondes pendant 1 minute chrono (puissance maximale).
