Oignons de Roscoff, fraise de Plougastel, artichauts camus, kouign amann ou encore kig ha farz, ce d\u00e9partement jouit d&rsquo;un patrimoine gastronomique particuli\u00e8rement riche et complet. D&rsquo;ailleurs, il sera difficile de tout citer, mais voici notre s\u00e9lection des mets et sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s finist\u00e9riennes les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres : <\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<td style=\"padding-right: 25px;\">\n<h2>1. Les oignons de Roscoff<\/h2>\n<p>Caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une<strong> jolie couleur ros\u00e9e<\/strong>, un parfum in\u00e9gal\u00e9 et une saveur d\u00e9licatement sucr\u00e9e et peu piquante, l&rsquo;oignon de Roscoff est unique ! Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa proximit\u00e9 directe de la mer et \u00e0 des sols particuli\u00e8rement fertiles, ces conditions sont excellentes pour la culture de l\u2019oignon de Roscoff. Le kouign-amann<\/h2>\n<p>Impossible de parler des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s du Finist\u00e8re sans citer le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre kouign amann ! Ce \u00ab\u00a0<strong>g\u00e2teau au beurre<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (traduction litt\u00e9rale de kouign amann) a vu le jour en 1860 dans le port de Douarnenez, p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 la farine manquait alors que le beurre se trouvait en abondance. Cette p\u00e2tisserie bretonne est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e pour sa p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain feuillet\u00e9e et sa cro\u00fbte caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e par le beurre et le sucre. La fraise de Plougastel<\/h2>\n<p>Avec sa belle robe rouge, sa texture juteuse et son go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9, la fraise de Plougastel est la star de Plougastel-Daoulas \u00e0 quelques pas de Brest. Il existe plusieurs vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de fraises de Plougastel comme la Mara des bois, la Cirafine ou encore la fameuse gariguette. Un mus\u00e9e de la fraise lui est m\u00eame consacr\u00e9 ! A l&rsquo;instar de son comparse l&rsquo;oignon de Roscoff, la fraise de Plougastel b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un climat id\u00e9al \u00e0 son \u00e9panouissement. Les galettes bretonnes et palets bretons<\/h2>\n<p>Parmi<strong> les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres biscuits bretons<\/strong>, on se doit bien \u00e9videmment de citer la galette bretonne et le palet breton, des biscuits secs croustillants, sabl\u00e9s et beurr\u00e9s \u00e0 souhait ! Dans le Finist\u00e8re, il existe une multitude de biscuiteries de renom : les galettes de Pont-Aven, les galettes de Pleyben, les Traou Mad, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempetedelouest.fr\/02\/isidore-penven\/\" target=\"_blank\">galettes fines et gourmandes de Penven<\/a>. Ces d\u00e9licieux biscuits pur beurre sont souvent conditionn\u00e9es dans de jolies bo\u00eetes en m\u00e9tal type bo\u00eete \u00e0 sucre aux d\u00e9cors traditionnels. Les algues alimentaires d&rsquo;Algoplus<\/h2>\n<p>Di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques et avec un bon go\u00fbt marin, les algues comestibles sont non seulement bonnes pour la sant\u00e9 mais se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00eatre un excellent exhausteur de go\u00fbt. Le Finist\u00e8re poss\u00e8de <strong>le plus vaste champ d&rsquo;algues<\/strong> en Europe, pr\u00e8s des \u00eeles d&rsquo;Ouessant et de Mol\u00e8ne et sur toute la c\u00f4te du Pays du L\u00e9on.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi, on trouve de nombreuses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s \u00e0 base d&rsquo;algues comestibles et une conserverie en a d&rsquo;ailleurs fais sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 : la <strong>conserverie Algoplus<\/strong>, qui cultive et r\u00e9colte des algues lors des grandes mar\u00e9es \u00e0 Roscoff (Finist\u00e8re nord). Elle propose ainsi des <strong>algues d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9es<\/strong> comme la laitue de mer ou le persil de la mer \u00e0 incorporer \u00e0 vos recettes, des salicornes, d\u00e9licieuses plantes marines ressemblant aux haricots verts \u00e0 d\u00e9guster avec un poisson, ou encore des condiments marins tels que de la fleur de sel aux algues ou encore de la moutarde aux algues .
