Et outre le poisson, les coquillages et crustac\u00e9s, un produit devient de plus en plus tendance dans nos assiettes : les algues, pris\u00e9es pour leurs nombreux bienfaits ! Aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;avais envie de me pencher sur<strong> une algue tr\u00e8s atypique<\/strong>, la salicorne, que l&rsquo;on peut aussi trouver en Bretagne. Enfin ce n&rsquo;est pas tout \u00e0 fait une algue mais plut\u00f4t une <strong>plante dite halophile<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qui pousse sur les sols iod\u00e9s. Encore plus insolite, vous pouvez aussi les servir avec une vinaigrette au vinaigre de framboise <strong>avec une belle tranche de foie gras<\/strong> !<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOn peut aussi les incorporer dans des sauces (en petits morceaux dans une mayonnaise par exemple) ou les utiliser comme condiment en les faisant mariner dans du vinaigre pour<strong> les d\u00e9guster comme des cornichons<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si vous achetez des salicornes crues<em> (si vous avez la chance d&rsquo;en trouver par chez vous !)<\/em>, vous devez d&rsquo;abord les trier, couper les parties dures, les rincer abondamment afin de retirer les traces de sable et le surplus de sel. Il faut ensuite les \u00e9goutter puis les\u00a0plonger\u00a0dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 4 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais si vous n&rsquo;en trouvez pas chez votre poissonnier pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, pas de panique : les salicornes existent aussi en bocal.
