align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Commencez par laver puis \u00e9pluchez les l\u00e9gumes et coupez-les en gros morceaux.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mettez les l\u00e9gumes et la viande dans un fait-tout que vous remplirez d&rsquo;eau (n&rsquo;oubliez pas de d\u00e9ssaler le jarret au pr\u00e9alable).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Laissez mijoter pendant une heure \u00e0 petit feu.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pendant ce temps, profitez-en pour confectionner vos farz blanc et noir.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour le farz au sarrasin, m\u00e9langez la farine, les oeufs, le lait, la cr\u00e8me et le sel dans un saladier, puis terminez en ajoutant le beurre fondu. Remuez et bien puis versez dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempetedelouest.fr\/produit\/sac-kig-ha-farz\/\" title=\"sac kig ha farz\" target=\"_blank\">sac \u00e0 kig-ha farz<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour le farz au froment, versez la farine, le sucre, les oeufs, la cr\u00e8me dans un autre saladier puis remuez et d\u00e9layez avec le lait. Si vous le souhaitez vous pouvez y mettre des raisins secs.
